So much as a couple of years ago, I stumbled upon this link:

It pops up at page 14 when googling for "ISO 9075".
I have no means of checking it it's is genuine, but everything suggests it is.
Funny thing is, I always thought that these cost money, even though this version of the standard is outdated.
